    Retirement for Baseball Fans - the Spring Training Solution
    With the Superbowl a pleasant memory for many, true sports fans can fill the vacuum by turning to the spring training camps that will open next week. Whether you are a baseball fan or not, there is something to be said about the places where these teams play.  In fact, the team owners might have done your research for you.

    Just below Raleigh is the very fast growing town of Wake Forest, home to the University of the same name.  Real estate prices have held up very well here as the town and region have thrived.
